To build high-quality energy efficient and environmentally conscious houses and, most important, to build strong relationships with our clients as we construct their dream homes.
We work with homeowners from the design phase through the final walk-through, handling all of the construction management to allow for a seamless construction process.
All of our team members have extensive hands-on experience in the field, as well as in-depth Certified Passive House Tradesperson (CPHT) training. This allows each person to understand the science and written standards behind the detailed work they are constructing.
Our Expertise
Mike Ianello, founder of Hausworks, is a graduate of the University of Maine Construction Management program and has over 18 years of experience in the industry.
After graduating, Mike worked for large construction firms on projects ranging from commercial and residential to heavy industrial. His career took him throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Arkansas, and the metro D.C. area.
After moving to New Hampshire in 2018, Mike founded Seacoast Houseworks to follow his passion for building high-quality, sustainable, and environmental homes.
